Torneo Tipográfico

The Community Type Tournament is a friendly competition between teams to create and develop open source typefaces. It's an activity where collaborative work and especially the exchange of knowledge are prioritized. One aspect to highlight is the connection that grows between professionals and beginners in type design in a fun and close learning environment.

Typefaces developed during the Tournament have a social or community purpose, are free and open for use. They can be downloaded in the GitHub repository. 

The Tournament has been an important meeting point for the Latin American design community, as over 60 people from over 15 countries have participated.
