General pass
The General Pass gives you access to the conference, Open Forum and other activities of the festival, with the exception of workshops.
This event is a safe space. Letrástica Festival 4 attendees and participants are subject to our Code of conduct.

Attendee Discounts
- 25% discount on workshop tuition if you purchased an Early Bird General Pass.
- 25% discount on the General Pass if you have enrolled in one workshop.
- 50% discount on the General Pass if you have enrolled in two or more workshops.
Student / teacher discount
A 15% discount will be granted on the General Pass or workshop ticket to current or active students or professors in a baccalaureate, technical or university program at a recognized institution. To make this discount effective, you must request a discount code for each pass by emailing registro@letrastica.com, in which you must include the name of the activity to which you are looking to attend, your full name, email and telephone, as well as attach an image of your current and valid student or teacher cards. You must request a discount code for each activity. For example, if you are going to attend the conference and a workshop, you must request 2 discount codes. The discount codes are unique by request, they will only be valid once and only for the person who requested it.
Group discount
A 10% discount will be granted on the cost of the General Pass or workshop ticket to groups of 5 and more people. To make this discount effective, you must request to email registro@letrastica.com in which you must include the full name, telephone and email of the 5 or more people, as well as the name of the activities they seek to attend. You must request a discount code for each activity for every group member. The discount codes are unique per request, they will only be valid once and only for the people included in the request.
To make the discount code valid, you must apply it in the Eventbrite's registration purchase form.
The codes for groups will be granted at the discretion of the organizing committee. The codes of universities with an agreement will only be granted through an agreement with the representatives of these institutions. Discount codes will only be valid once and there will be no repeated codes. Passes or registrations purchased with discount code will not be transferable.
Payments, refunds and transfers
Payment will be processed through the platform www.eventbrite.com, the published cost does not include tax nor the platform service fee.
Tickets purchased with an Early Bird discount are non-refundable.
For tickets or registrations purchased after September 18, 80% of the ticket price will be refunded. Tickets or registrations purchased after October 20 do not apply for reimbursement.
If for some reason you will not attend and you wish to transfer your access pass, please write to registro@letrastica.com before October 15, 2022.
